Stephanie

Yay i am so excited to do this! I needed some motivation to start working out again. I have a little pooch to lose from being pregnant so here we go!

Goals: 1) Flat Abs 2) Overall toned 3) Lose 5 or more pounds

Stats: Starting weight 120

Plan: Cardio 3 times a week and strenth training 2 days

        Diet- cut out some unneeded sugars and carbs
                eat more protien and veggies
