1 week down! How's it Going?

Are you on a roll?
Are you frusterated?
We want to know so that everyone can help each other out.

Here's a tip:

Make a plan
 -- it's so much harder to "eat healthy" or  start a "workout plan" when you leave it at that.
How are you going to eat healthy?
How often are you gonna exercise and how will you stay motivated?

Write your plan down and put it up somewhere in your house where you will see it often..
Share your plan with us in a post.  That way you'll have to report back to us with your progress :)

I'll Share mine with you:
Excercise
excercise everyday except Sunday
Take Scarlette on a walk 3 times a week on top of the working out
Do 100 reps with the thigh master everyday

Eating
No sweets
Protein in at least 2 meals a day
4-5 servings of fruits and veggies a day
