Ok here is my "before" pic
Weighing-in at 135 lbs.
My goal is to not have muffin top on my pants and to lose 17 lbs
and look like I did in this pic. I grew up dancing and playing sports so I feel like I've always been in-shape. But I always carried some extra poundage. About five years ago, I started teaching fitness classes and I grew out of my baby fat. At my thinnest, I probably weighed about 115. I would love to get close to that again :)
