hello... my name is kristin. i decided to join this to get myself in some better habits... eating well and consistently exercising. i danced my whole life until i got to college--there weren't any more classes around to take, so i very reluctantly quit. that was always the only form of exercise i enjoyed and i would love to find something that i love almost as much. :)
my starting weight is 140 (ish... i can't be sure because our scale is apparently broken) and i would love to lose ten pounds and have some better habits in two months!
